**Return and Exchange Policy**

At OYASIS, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit. 

**Returns:**
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

**Exchanges:**
- Exchanges can be made for a different size or style of the same product, subject to availability.
- To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process.

**Non-Returnable Items:**
- For hygiene reasons, swim bottom products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased. Please carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and any available customer reviews before making a purchase to ensure the correct fit and style.
